Buried at sea?

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad speaking at the UN

Mahmood's controversial, yet to me perfectly reasonable and rational speech at The U.N. in which he questions the circumstances of 9/11, and the subsequent "War On Terror" and states that the domineering manner by which nations control and manage the world [namely through capitalism, sanctions, unilateralism and force ] has failed. [As is witnessed in the global uprisings and revolutions taking place]
I applaud him for being a true leader and having the strength, intellect and integrity to stand up to America and question it's actions. Too many other nations are fawning sycophants and follow America in blind obeiscance out of grovelling self interest.

An excerpt:

"Justice is the basic element for peace, durable security and the spread of love amonng people and nations. It is in justice that mankind seeks the realisation of his aspirations, rights and dignity since he is wary of oppression, humiliation and ill treatment. The true nature of mankind is manifested in the love of fellow humans and the love of all good in the world. Love is the best foundation for establishing relations amongst people and amongst nations. In making a world full of purity, safety and prosperity people are not rivals but companions.."

Revolution in Spain

Following the revolutions in Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain, Libya and Saudi Arabia people the world over are being inspired by seeing what is possible when people unite and take a stand for what they believe in.
Spain is the next country in line where the people are standing up against the perversion of justice that is currently being perpetrated by governments, banks and big business and are making clear demands for a true democratic society based on justice, sustainability and common sense. May it spread the world over until this economic cancer that is destroying the planet is stripped of it's power.

"The day has come
We have taken the streets for a true democracy now
The day ,when the citizens have decided to meet and join their voices
The day ,when we have covered the streets with a clear message
WE ARE NOT SAFE IN POLITICIANS AND BANKERS HANDS
And the message took the streets across the whole country
And the streets celebrated that day as the first day that we have taken a true change.

A change depends on YOU,on ME, on ALL OF US:young people, elder people, workers, unemployed people.

The Media won't silence our voices any more because we have seen we are REAL people, just as the DEMOCRACY we are demanding.

There is no excuse
HISTORY is looking at us and it is our turn to make a movement

We are ready to CHANGE:
Change Injustice into justice
Change Corruption into responsibility and dignity
Change Outrage into action

Today, May the 15th, 2011 has been of something unstoppable
The true Democracy of people who consciously choose their path
True democracy who chose consciously the way
We are demanding a true democracy ,now
Are you thinking that you can´t do anything?
To accept your responsibility is to take the challenge
Be a part of the necessary change for a world which will be as you want it to be
Democracy is your choice. Use it."

Ron Paul- 'The Last Nail' speech

Ron Paul- a beacon of truth and intelligence amid the sea of duplicity and corruption that is the U.S. administration, speaking out about the further erosion of rights and covert laws currently being passed that allow the government to:
1. Order assassinations, including American citizens,
2. Operate secret military tribunals,
3. Engage in torture,
4. Enforce indefinite imprisonment without due process,
5. Order searches and seizures without proper warrants, gutting the 4th Amendment,
6. Ignore the 60 day rule for reporting to the Congress the nature of any military operations as required by the War Power Resolution,
7. Continue the Patriot Act abuses without oversight,
8. Wage war at will,
9. Treat all Americans as suspected terrorists at airports with TSA groping and nude x-raying.
People!! Wake up!! Take action!! Pay attention and do all that you can to curb and evade these abuses of power before you find yourself living in an Orwellian nightmare.
